Tom Lewis formed Lewis Construction in 1975, and since then has taken over 63 development projects, totaling more than 4,600 units, to successful completion. From modest and cost-efficient single-family homes, to magnificent 8,000 square foot custom log and timber-frame masterpieces, Lewis Construction has produced a broad range of residential projects in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Wyoming.
In addition to a large portfolio of individual owner custom home projects, Lewis Construction also built custom log homes ranging in price from $650,000 to $17 million in the highly regarded Teton Springs Golf & Casting Community in Idaho’s Teton Valley.
Lewis Construction has also had success in the commercial real estate market. Highlighted projects include a 260-slip marina with an eleven acre restaurant and office building in Emeryville, California, the remodel of an historic County building and the accompanying construction of a 180-unit condominium complex at Red Mountain Resort in Evanston, Wyoming and a 200-unit motel expansion.
